Q. How far ahead should I start planning my organization fund-raiser?
A. The earlier the better, minimum 10 weeks. Hold 'committee' meetings each week to go over the details and guest donation ($) progress.
Q. Once we have decided on a date and estimated the number of guests, how much notice does Gold Coast need?
A. As with any service company, we would like to have as much time as possible. The general average has been about 45 days. A small deposit returned with your equipment proposal will secure the date, so we can allocate our personnel and equipment.
Q. Do you provide equipment and dealers for small parties?
A. Yes, we consider small group parties as important as our larger activities.
Q. If I rent or borrow a facility for our party, how much time do you need to set up all the equipment?
A. We like to set-up at least three(3) hours prior to your guest arrival. Our management staff will meet with you two weeks prior to the event and review the facility for equipment access, lighting and your special requirements.
